Recently, Karla, the office manager of the clinic has entrusted me with the training process of newer unpaid interns and even paid positions. I have taught many people how to send invoices for medical and billing records, how to conduct neurocogs, and how to perform BT/VNG tests. This process of teaching other coworkers the jobs I have been entrusted with allowed me to gain confidence in what I have done. Furthermore, I explored the vocabulary necessary to simplify the process for teaching purposes.

After concluding this internship, I have discovered a new world of perspective when visiting the doctor's office. All the work that goes to make the office run as smoothly as possible is nothing short of impressive. As I began to leave the office I spoke with Karla the office manager who thanked me for my service and was happy to have my help any time in the future. I will definitely utilize the knowledge this clinic has given me to better myself and those around me. I remain hopeful to more experiences in the medical field as this internship provided such a satisfying experience.
