Ever Evolving

My experience at the Pain and Headache Center of Texas can only be described by the kind and helpful souls who work there. I was assigned new tasks in their office system to work on billing and sending medical records through their patient portal. Noe is their custodian of records and has kindly provided me with the proper instruction and guidance to sending and confirming billing and medical information. Beyond the office space, I got the chance to learn how to perform a VNG and Balance Test. Sophia showed me the ropes and even demonstrated the test with a patient. After that training round I helped analyze and organized the data into the patient portal. I hope to continue learning more tests and practices that are often used in this center. Overall, this experience has been enjoyable due to the sincere learning environment. Every day I learn something new whether it be a new medical term or a procedure. There has never been a dull moment at the center.
